TeleEye has successfully acquired the Consumer Caring 2013 logo in recognition of its commitment to consumer care. It is a great honour and privilege for TeleEye, to have been recognised by the Consumer Caring Scheme and have become an excellent exemplar in delivering superior services amongst other local enterprises. The Consumer Caring Scheme Presentation Ceremony was held at The One on 9th January 2014.

Consumer Caring Scheme is organised by GS1 Hong Kong that is designed to honour local companies that are able to demonstrate distinguished consumer care and spirit in striving for excellence in high-quality products and services. In order to gain the honour, TeleEye was evaluated against seven core consumer caring values comprising: consumer care, sincerity, commitment, product quality and safety assurance, service quality, understanding of consumer behaviours, and caring for employees. The results were measured according to the Efficient Consumer  Response (ECR),  a recognised business  best  practice. TeleEye  had  achieved  an overall passing score and was recognised asConsumer Caring Company” in 2013. The Consumer Caring Scheme proves that TeleEye not only develops innovative surveillance products and technologies, but also dedicates to providing superb customer supports and services. While delivering advanced technology, our top priority is always on quality. And thats the reason why TeleEye is certified by ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. Winning this reputation is an incentive to TeleEye to work harder in our devotion to pursuing excellence and offering our customers with quality video surveillance solutions. Again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the GS1 Hong Kong for their high recognition of TeleEye, said Prof. Cliff Chan, CEO of TeleEye Group.
